This week has been a long and productive one where a lot of physical exercise, lifting and moving took place. Both me and Louise spent the week stripping back, filling and sanding PS5, ready to install the work on the final week before hand in. It’s been a challenge and painting is not my fortay, but it’s a great experience cutting in and applying  Purple and Yellow paint to the walls. We had to cross some hurdles but we got there and the space now functions as a solid colourful cube for our work to hopefully be enhanced within. The space will hopefully define the principles behind our  practice  intentions leading to a distinct and sensible idea of space. The degree show space is highly definitive and functions strongly as a work in its own right adding to the space will hopefully enhance  it further. This week was also dedicated to finalising my written research, reading in more depth about colour theory, perception and material properties. Focusing on how paint reacts when applied to a surface considering the  ideas in colour theory centred around design and the media.
